Exotic Journeys Protects Agents' Commission and Waives All Fees

We are suffering from the fear of unknown. It is a fact. It is a reality. There is no sugar coating!

But together we will overcome this unprecedented crisis. Believe in yourself. 

When this fluid situation is brought under manageable control, Exotic Journeys will be there to assist, support and rebuild your business.

You have our commitment. Since 1979, Exotic Journeys and its resilient partners have survived dot com bust, 9/11 and many other storms.

COVID 19- will also become another chapter in history books. Believe in yourself, my friends.

We are operational with extended hours. We are available from 800 AM to 800 PM. Please call or email if you have any question. Chicago is under order against nonessential travels. Office visits are not recommended at this time.

 Exotic Journeys’ operational updates:

·    Due to COVID-19 and various government restrictions, all departures, scheduled and/ or custom designed, to Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Bhutan | China | Egypt | India | Italy | Myanmar | Nepal | South Korea | Sri Lanka | Tibet are postponed till June 15, 2020.

·    We will continuously review the conditions and advise you periodically.

·    The deposits received by Exotic Journeys is safe.

·    Booking commissions to travel agents are protected.

·    We suggest that our mutual clients consider postponing their trips and not cancel them altogether, hopefully.

·    We hope you and your clients consider the domino effect it will have on lodge operators, drivers, guides, transporters, service coordinators et al while deciding.

·    Agents with current bookings will receive direct communication from their contact at Exotic Journeys.

·    We are waiving all of our fees and penalties for cancellation of confirmed trips up to 48 hours of departure.

·    Similarly, there is no rebooking fees by Exotic Journeys till December 31, 2021.

·    We will take care of the logistics if you have booked any of our trips with airfare.
