RTX Fills Calendar With Fall Conferences

(TRAVPR.COM) USA - August 6th, 2015 - Resort Travel & Xchange (RTX) will increase its presence this fall at major industry events across North America. The timeshare exchange company announced today it will sponsor or attend conferences this September and October for the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), Canadian Resort Development Association (CRDA), Cooperative Association of Resort Exchangers (C.A.R.E.) and Timeshare Board Members Association (TBMA).

RTX burst on the timeshare industry scene in 2012 and quickly gained traction. Now 80,000 members strong, the Asheville, North Carolina-based company has established itself as a leader in international timeshare exchange. RTX members count among their services: low exchange fees, a long deposit life, attractive rates for cruise exchanges, earned rewards and generous savings through Getaway Weeks promotions. Resort, developer and HOA partners benefit from RTX’s high-value services, too. These include assistance with delinquent and unsold inventory, a rental platform, reservations services, and well-priced and personalized owner services.

“We’re delighted to maintain our high profile at all the major timeshare industry events throughout 2015,” says Corina Violette, director of resort partnerships for RTX. “These conferences make it easy to connect with the people you want to do business with. As RTX’s services continue to expand, we’re delighted to showcase our latest enhancements to the key decision-makers who will be in attendance.”

Kicking off the fall conference season, RTX will be a session sponsor at the 2015 Canadian Resort Conference (CRC), Sept. 9 – 10, 2015, at the at the Pan Pacific Vancouver hotel in British Columbia. CRC is the annual conference of Canada’s official timeshare industry trade body, CRDA. At the conference, RTX executives will meet with senior-level executives from Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean and beyond. With interactive sessions and extended networking, CRC affords numerous opportunities for attendees to forge new business relationships and strategic partnerships with professionals from around the globe.

From Vancouver, RTX will travel to Charleston, S.C., to attend the ARDA Southeast Regional Meeting, Sept. 17 – 18, at the Charleston Marriott. ARDA SE will feature a full lineup of networking events and educational sessions, providing numerous opportunities for attendees to develop new business and gain the insights needed to stay ahead of the trends in the rapidly evolving timeshare industry. Speaking with developers, suppliers, management companies and homeowners associations, the RTX executive team will highlight the ways in which the company is deepening the value of vacation ownerships through exciting new consumer and business services.

The momentum continues, with RTX maintaining high visibility as sponsor of the Speed Networking event at the 61st semiannual C.A.R.E. Conference, Sept. 26 – 29, at the Westin Denver Downtown. This will be the fourth consecutive time RTX has sponsored this popular mixer at C.A.R.E. Conferences. Each of these previous Speed Networking events drew nearly 100 attendees and topped the list of favorite sessions based on participant feedback. Speed Networking will take place early in the fall conference to give delegates plenty of time for follow-up discussions with prospective clients and business partners.

This year’s C.A.R.E. Fall Conference will lead off with a presentation on teamwork by Denver Bronco football great Mark Jackson. Also on the agenda are exciting social events and panel discussions featuring some of the industry’s most forward-thinking leaders. Established in 1985, C.A.R.E. serves an active membership of resorts, developers, management and exchange companies, homeowners associations, travel clubs, wholesalers and service providers. The organization’s fall conference continues its tradition of providing members and attendees with the tools and information needed to remain on the cutting edge of the vacation industry.

Finally, RTX returns to the Mile High City as a supporter at TBMA Denver, Oct. 25-27. The conference will feature networking opportunities and panel discussions on industry challenges and strategic solutions. Founded in 2011, this trade association provides educational resources to its membership comprised of homeowners association Board members and onsite resort managers.

RTX’s fall calendar follows on the heels of a busy winter and spring, when the fast-growing company sponsored and/or exhibited at other major industry events. These include: the ARDA World Convention, Orlando, Fla.; the GNEX Timeshare Leaders Conference, San Diego, Calif.; C.A.R.E. Spring Conference, Annapolis, Md.; and the First Regional Meeting of the National Timeshare Owners Association (NTOA), Ocala, Fla.
