Asia’s First all Women’s Ski / Snowboarding / Yoga Holiday launches in Jan 2015

(TRAVPR.COM) JAPAN - October 31st, 2014 - After 13 years of leading the world’s most popular female surf retreat in Bali, the SURF GODDESS RETREATS team have put on their winter gear and taken to the mountains, where Snow Goddess Retreat will open JANUARY 2015 on the northern alpine slopes of HAKUBA, JAPAN.

Akin to her Surf sisters in Bali, a Snow Goddess has a passion for movement in nature and Hakuba provides a world-class playground.  Home to the 1998 winter Olympics, part of the beauty of Hakuba is the size of the valley with 9 varied mountain resorts, over 200 groomed runs and 139 chairlifts.

The Japanese Alps are also world famous for the quality and depth of fluffy powder snow which falls in great abundance each year.  On average we can expect 11+ meters per season and with plenty of backcountry areas to explore and no competitive boys to catch up with or wait for, this is a females skier’s and snowboarder’s dream!

The retreat includes the option of daily ski or snowboarding instruction for every level, as guests break into smaller instruction groups, along with full access lift passes so guests have all the freedom to explore over 200 relatively un-crowded runs with their friends and retreats guides.

Already this holiday is being sought out by MUMS & DAUGHTERS and small groups of friends who are thrilled there is now a safe and fun trip for ‘just the girls’ especially designed by women with an itinerary with everything a woman could wish for! Alongside the ski / snowboard program, included in the package are trips to traditional Japanese hot spring Onsen baths, in-house yoga and guided sightseeing experiences to visit the iconic bathing snow monkeys, visit a Sake brewery and Zen temples.

On all Goddess Retreats they believe  ‘there are no shoulds’ ; meaning that there is no judgment from your fellow Goddesses on how you choose to spend your days and guests are also encouraged to enjoy her rest time, to unwind and really treat herself.
