NARENDRA MODI, PM OF INDIA STAYS AT HYATT REGENCY KATHMANDU

Our prime minister, Mr. Narender Modi visited Nepal and stayed at Hyatt Regency Kathmandu.

(TRAVPR.COM) INDIA - September 1st, 2014 - Kathmandu, Nepal – Mr. Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India,recently visited Nepal and during his visit he stayed at Hyatt Regency Kathmandu, a five-star resort hotel. He was allocated the Presidential Suite, which is equipped with modern amenities and is the hotel’s largest room available for VIP guests. During his visit he attended important meetings at Godavari Hall and Kiritipur Hall. The Indian Embassy also hosted a reception in honour of the prime minister at the Regency Ballroom. Godavari Hall is a multi-purpose hall, Kirtipur is the meeting room and the Regency Ballroom is the largest indoor event space available at the hotel, used primarily for large-scale weddings and big conferences. Mr Modi discussed the relationship between the two nations when he gave a speech at the Constituent Assembly Hall.

Mr Modi also managed to visit Pashupati Nath Temple, one of the holiest Lord Shiva shrines among the Hindu community, which is just 3km (1.8 miles) away from the hotel. He said that he felt very blessed to be able to visit the temple on a Monday during the Shravan month. The Shravan month is considered a holy month to visit the temple, especially on Mondays. In addition to the security from Nepal’s government (and his personal security team) the hotel also made special arrangements in every possible way to guarantee the security of the Prime Minister.
