Asia King Travel unveils over $200,000of new funding to special market research and academics in order to drive innovation and improvement of customer travel experience
(TRAVPR.COM) VIETNAM - May 7th, 2014 - Today, Asia King Travel has unveiled over $200,000 of new funding to special market research and academics in order to drive innovation and improvement of customer travel experience.
Speaking at Vietnam International Tourism 2014 conference on high performance travel services today (7 May 2014), Nam Nguyen – Asia King Travel Managing Director outlined details of the projects that help bring large sets of customer data worldwide into usable formats that can inform research and analysis.
IT is estimated that the big data market will help improve customer travel experience to Vietnam specifically and other countries in Asia generally by 70% satisfaction.
The project will drive innovation in a number of Vietnam traveling services, including developing a better understanding of customer needs, solving their difficulties in travel services and tackling the problem of related services such as food, transportation and accommodation.
Nam said: “This funding will help Vietnam to grasp the opportunities and get ahead in the global race with professional and high quality service while improving customer experience when they travel to Vietnam”.
Work is underway across different departments in the company to achieve these ambitions, including progress on more than 250 measures as part of the Customer Review.
It set 4 ambitions in the “Plan for Growth” in 2014 for the company:
To create the most competitive travel service in Asia.
To make Vietnam the best place in Southeast Asia to start and grow travel business
To encourage the number of tourists to Southeast Asia by improving related services
To understand and fulfilling customer’s satisfaction while traveling.
Developing a Global Research strategy is promised to provide better service in global scale with more clarity about customer’s needs in which the company wants its objective to travel.
