(TRAVPR.COM) MALDIVES - February 28th, 2014 - Baros Maldives has announced a week’s programme - “A Celebration of Love” - with romantic dining experiences and private dhoni cruises commemorating Valentine’s Day, from 10th to 17th February.
On any day of that week, couples can enjoy a celebration dinner with vintage Dom Perignon champagne on a secluded sandbank just for two, on an isolated deck shaped like a piano poised over the lagoon, or while cruising on a traditional dhoni. As part of the romantic experience the couple’s villa bedroom will be especially decorated with flowers and prepared for an intimate evening bath time ritual, known as Baros Intimacy.
Also just for two, Nooma, the resort’s traditional sailing dhoni with contemporary comfort including a sundeck and private cabin, can be chartered for a dolphin watching cruise with champagne and canapés served on board.
A special six-course Valentine’s feast will be served every evening in the resort’s iconic Lighthouse Restaurant. There will also be relaxed dining at the water’s edge on the beach, with special Valentine’s Day platters.
