Join Annapurna yoga trek for a journey of body, mind and soul as we explore the living Monasteries of Kathmandu and beyond.
Day 1
Pick up in Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel
Welcome greeting at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu by the representative from Wild Stone Adventure. You will then transfer to the Hotel for refreshment where you will be served with welcome drinks. Depending on your interest and condition you can either rest, hang around the street or visit our office for rest of the day. At some point of the day our yoga instructor will provide brief orientation and you’ll have a gentle yoga practice before dinner.

Day 2
Kathmandu sightseeing
Today after breakfast we visit to sacred monasteries and tibetan stupas of Kathmandu.
Swyambhu Nath
Swayambhunath is an ancient religious complex located on a lovely little hillock west of Kathmandu. It is also known as the Monkey Temple as holy monkeys belived to be guarding the hill.There are 360 steps leading all the way to the top offers the magnificent views of Kathmandu valley and the breath taking panorama of snow clad Himalaya range. The main swayambhu stupa has lofty white dome and glittering golden spire. Painted on the four sided base of the spire are the all seeing eyes of Lord Buddha.
Boudha Nath
Boudha Nath ,the biggest stupa of Nepal has been an central place of pilgrimage and meditations for Buddhists. Located 7 km east of Kathmandu,the stupa stands on a three-tiered platform raised over the crossed rectangles. Its is best place in Kathmandu to observe the Tibetan lifestyle, Tibetan Buddhist monks & nuns.Regarded as the "Little Tibet" of Nepal.

Trek Pokhara- Nayapul (1010m)and Trek to Tikhadunga (1570m)
