BRINGING BACK THE HALLOWEEN SCARES
Industry: Hotels

Kuramathi Island Resort is one of the first resorts to open in the Maldives and is part of Universal Resorts of Universal Enterprises Private Ltd, a 100% Maldivian owned company, and the pioneers of tourism in the Maldives.

(TRAVPR.COM) MALDIVES - October 31st, 2013 - The fright and terror of the Halloween craze relives again this year at Bageecha Kids Club. A horror filled program stretching for 2 days, invites our little guests to celebrate the occasion with jack-o’-lanterns, trick or treats and other fancy activities. Sprucing up the Kids Club with haunting decorations and eerie creatures would be the first task on the agenda to kick-start the Halloween Fever on 30th October. Indoor games then ensue where kids pool in their talents to score the most points in Ghost Bottle Bowling and a Fear Factor game! Gives us the chills even just imagining it!

On the day of Halloween, handcrafting skills by our artful little guests are utilised to create creepy faces, blood thirsty vampires and scary pumpkins. The main highlight - create-a-skeleton contest that lets children form their own version of the dreaded, bony being! Come afternoon, we’ll be sure to hear echoes of trick-or-treat as horrifying little monsters march their way around Kuramathi. They will be guided by our team who will also dress up for the occasion, and those who get the privilege to greet the monster entourage eventually have to succumb to a candy or two!

Kuramathi is preparing for a big scare this year, as Halloween fever returns!

Note to Editors:

Kuramathi is one of the first resorts to open in the Maldives and is part of Universal Resorts of Universal Enterprises Private Ltd, a 100% Maldivian owned company, and the pioneers of tourism in the Maldives.

An emerald jewel in the turquoise Maldivian waters, Kuramathi is a stunning island retreat with acres of luxuriant vegetation surrounded by spectacular beaches tapering into an endless sandbank. Villas blend contemporary design and nature, and are set on the beach, amongst lush gardens or over water. Four poster beds, open-air bathrooms, rainfall showers or Jacuzzi, large outdoor decks with inviting daybeds or sun loungers, are just some of the creature-comforts enjoyed by our guests. Dining options are diverse with many restaurants, bars and great-value all inclusive packages, topped off with Maldivian service – welcoming, genuine and friendly.
