This festival is part of the Lake of Stars Project which celebrates its 10 year anniversary this year!

Robin Pope Safaris have now introduced a fantastic package to allow visitors to the festival to make the most of their time in Malawi.

The Robin Pope Safaris Package includes a 3 night stay at Africa House, a stylish contemporary lodge based in Lilongwe with a unique blend of African designs, furniture, fabrics and personal collectables. After the festival (or even just before it), enjoy some rest and relaxation Pumulani, a beautiful beach getaway.

Pumulani is exclusively situated on the west side of the Nankumba Peninsula, surrounded by national park. The ten villas are scattered around the hillside and are individual in shape and style but all have a spacious bedroom, bathroom, extensive sitting area as well as breath-taking views from the elevated decks outside. The lodge’s remote beach is perfect for soaking up the sun and swimming in the clear blue waters of the lake. If you prefer to take a dive in the swimming pool, there is an infinity swimming pool near the central dining area with amazing views over the lake.

For the more adventurous, the lodge offers many water based activities like snorkelling, fishing, sailing, kayaking as well as water skiing, wake boarding and fun tube rides that really get your adrenaline pumping. At the end of the day, sail into the sunset, the best way to end a day at Pumulani.
