Virginia Wu brings to ACI over 25 years of Hospitality industry experience and has worked in various senior management positions in hotel companies; Regional Sales Manager of Shangri-La Hotels International; Director Sales and Marketing of The Kowloon Hotel; Regional Sales Manager Hong Kong & Asia of The Peninsula Group; Director of Marketing of Hotel Victoria, Director of Marketing of Duxton Hotels International, and Senior Director Business Development Asia Pacific with WORLDHOTELS. She was also an Associate Lecturer at TMIS, MDIS and Kaplan Higher Education in Singapore teaching Diploma and Bachelor Degree programmes relating to Hospitality and Tourism.

Most recently Virginia was Group Director of Sales and Marketing for Harbour Plaza Hotel Management Ltd, heading up sales and marketing strategies for 10 hotels managed by the group. Virginia is a Certified Professional Coach (IPMA, UK) and holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées France and a Master Degree in International Tourism and Hospitality Management (MITHM) from James Cook University Australia.
