Executive Chef Paul Hancock’s limited-time prix fixe menu begins with a baby beet and arugula salad, topped with olive oil-poached tomatoes, cypress-grove truffle goat cheese and drizzled with meyer lemon vinaigrette.  

The entrée is a grilled petit filet and scampi duet, served with leek mashed potatoes and jumbo asparagus topped with sauce perigord and a red-pepper coulis. Completing this fine-dining experience is an unexpected dessert of strawberry macaroons served with pistachio Diplomat ice cream topped with orange-scented raspberry coulis.
