In this role, he will be primarily responsible for managing an estate management include a top-notch marina facility that also includes dedicated petrol and diesel fuel docks, The Riahi Villas / Residence, Club House, Restaurant, and Sea Sports Centre, Ferry Terminal, and Rental Luxury Yacht operations, as well as maintaining the unparalleled service excellence that is synonymous with the Nirup Island brand, allowing guests to create unforgettable memories.
Sumantri has over 25 years of hospitality expertise, having worked with worldwide hotel groups such as Hyatt, Shangri-La, Starwood, Nongsa Resorts, and Park Hotel Group across South East Asia, the Middle East, and the South Pacific. His most recent position was as General Manager of the Grand Lagoi Hotel in Bintan.
Sumantri will be in charge of Nirup Island's overall performance as well as its day-to-day operations and management, drawing on his extensive industry expertise and understanding. Its roles include estate management, utilities provision, operations management, business and community development.
