Kleintours, the Ecuadorian company that operates a cruise line in the Galapagos Islands, is pleased to announce about the renovation of its deluxe vessel M/V Galapagos Legend (100-guest capacity) that took place during its last dry dock.

(TRAVPR.COM) EUADOR - October 25th, 2011 - The ship has gone through a makeover in social areas and cabins adding a fresher and stylish look; an Interpretation Corner will be available for those guests interested in learning more about the Islands; their naturalist guides will be willing to solve any of your questions.  Furthermore thinking about the guests’ comfort, new adjustable air conditioning and noise isolating systems have been installed in the cabins, as well as a video system in each cabin will allow guests to select up to 60 movies and Galapagos’ specialized briefing, now they also have the possibility to make an international phone call direct from their cabin.

The upgrades made to the ship also include new decoration, furniture, linen and new restroom next to the “Lonesome George” restaurant.  Additionally improvements to the sewage system, new automatic massage chair and steam room up to 6 people, new decoration and games in the Kids corner, general maintenance of furnishings of outer and inner areas, new carpeting and curtains, and renovated chairs in the auditorium.

Chefs have also been trained in Fusion Cuisine to offer passengers a refreshed menu with healthy and delicious options.

Kleintours is also glad to inform you that as pioneers in the tourism industry, they have gotten an environmental license issued by the Galapagos National Park which qualifies us to operate within the Islands safely without pollution keeping an eco-friendly operation.
