Spanish Abroad is announcing their new Christmas Adventure Package In Costa Rica

(TRAVPR.COM) COSTA RICA - August 16th, 2011 - Spanish Abroad Inc. has introduced their new Costa Rica Christmas Adventure Packages to be based at their Spanish school in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. The Spanish program and itinerary of activities and trips are geared towards students, professionals, and families that would like to study Spanish Abroad and explore the natural beauty of Costa Rica during this key vacation period.

Senior Student Advisor, Jesse Smith notes, "The Christmas break has been a popular time for families and professionals to visit our school in Tamarindo. We have really focused on providing a high quality program for parents and children alike when we first introduced the Family program 5 years ago, so it was only natural to build on the resources available to us and include an activity and trip package that highlights the major sites of Costa Rica."

The Costa Rica Adventure Package will include Spanish and Surf instruction, activities, and excursions. The initial start for the program will commence December 18th, 2011 with arrivals at Liberia Airport, continuing with a 10-Day or 2 Week Package. Separate courses are arranged for adults and children. Families are encouraged to participate in the Christmas Adventure Package as the Spanish school provides year-round group classes with 20 hours per week for ages 7 and up plus all of the activities arranged are family friendly.

Spanish and Surf lessons our provided by the experienced instructors that lead the year-round instruction at the Tamarindo Spanish School. Students will be tested on day one for proper placement in groups according to their level of Spanish proficiency, Each of the programs will include four hours of Spanish per day (Monday to Friday), two Surf lessons each week with surfboard rental, welcome orientation/drink, a trip to Conchal Beach, as well as an excursion to a resort at the base of Arenal Volcano that includes round trip ground transportation with 2 nights for the 10-Day Package and 1 night for the 2 Week Package.

Each room at the resort is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, hot water, private balcony, and other standard amenities. The rooms have easy access to the onsite spa for messages or facials as well as the walking trails that spread through the lush gardens located on the resort grounds. Meals and additional off-site activities can be arranged onsite at an additional cost. There are a variety of outdoor activities within close vicinity of the hotel available through local outfitters with private shuttle service.The resort at Arenal Volcano includes an two onsite restaurants, jacuzzi, sauna, bar, gym, spa, laundry service, and 24 hour security. There are also 14 naturally heated mineral rich spring fed pools for guests to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.

The Two Week Costa Rica Spanish Adventure Package will have an additional canopy tour activity near Tamarindo and a Full Day Excursion to Rincon de la Vieja Volcano including ground transfers, buffet lunch, tubing, horseback riding, hot springs and volcanic mud bath.

Housing options include staying with a Costa Rican host family including 2 meals per day, onsite at the student residence with triple boarding, or stay in a bungalow apartment at a hotel across from the school.
