New A La Carte Sunday Brunch Menu highlights include a Baked Organic Three Egg Fritatta made with roasted eggplant, summer squash, red bell pepper, sundried tomato, crisp pancetta and cave aged goat cheese; Lobster Beignets served with Mache and saffron aioli; Eggs Benedict Trio offers classic Eggs Benedict with Canadian Bacon, jumbo lump crab with spinach, and smoked salmon with avocado, poached eggs, toasted English muffin, lemon Hollandaise and roasted fingerling potatoes; Petit Angus Beef Tenderloin Medallions served with chorizo and Yukon gold potato hash browns and two eggs any style; and Grilled Free Range Chicken Paillard on Cibatta served with organic arugula, crisp pancetta and lemon caper aioli.
