Sipping & Snacking: Essensia Lounge entices revelers with half-off all appetizers and cocktails from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. In addition, Sip & Spa-ers will enjoy a complimentary Nolet’s Gin Spa Bramble cocktail station between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Located adjacent to the restaurant, Essensia Lounge features an innovative menu which includes the hotels’ signature cocktails, many made from fresh, tasty ingredients and pure, organic spirits, wines from Essensia’s sustainable, organic or biodynamic wine list, as well as a selection of imported and domestic beers and bottle service.
