Contiki Sustainability Partner Céline Cousteau to honor grandfather’s legacy at gala event

(TRAVPR.COM) USA - May 13th, 2011 - Anaheim, Calif. - In celebration of the 100th anniversary of legendary ocean diver Captain Jacques-Yves Cousteau, Contiki Vacations is proud to be an official sponsor of “Ocean Inspiration,” a two-day gala event where explorers, filmmakers, scientists, dancers, artists, musicians, family, and friends will come together to celebrate the life and work of Captain Cousteau. The event organizer, adventurer and filmmaker Céline Cousteau, is the grand-daughter of the influential oceanographer. The event will be held on May 18 in New York and on May 20 in Washington D.C., featuring film, music, arts, exhibits, and an awards ceremony for the ocean community.
