(TRAVPR.COM) UK - May 4th, 2011 - New La Plagne ski company Ice and Fire report record customer service figures for the 2010-11 winter season.

Only 5 months ago, Ice and Fire welcomed their first set of guests to Chalet Campanules in Les Coches so you would be forgiven for thinking that it might take a while to get the formula right. But with the season now at a close they are reporting some incredible customer service figures.

95% of guests who completed our survey said that their holiday met, or exceeded, their expectations and a whopping 90% said that they would return” explains Heather Morison, the company director. “That is great news for us, and we’re already working hard to ensure the same performance for next year!”

The company is based in Les Coches, part of the Paradiski area and currently operates just one boutique chalet sleeping up to 24. “Staying small gives us the chance to get to know each of our guests personally, which helps us to tailor make their holidays to fit what they want” says Heather Morison who credits this as the reason for their great customer service figures. “We just want people to have a great time out here in the snow”.
