He brought with him an experience of over 15 years of creating culinary delights inspired from his grandparents’ kitchen like the authentic Risotto parmesan with parma ham, Fish cooked in bell pepper sauce and squid ink infused rice balls, Pork tenderloin with gorgonzola sauce and walnuts and Ravioli with pork sausage, porcini and mix herbs to name a few .
The Chef is here for a period of nine days to share the taste of Italy and the skills he had honed while training under chefs with Michelin stars to their credit.
