Looking to give the customer something back, rather than take, take, take.

(TRAVPR.COM) UNITED KINGDOM - July 3rd, 2013 - Here at SunbayHolidays we have decided to offer our customers something, that to our knowledge, no other travel company does. Rid baggage fees.

SunbayHolidays is very much a newborn travel company, we only started trading two months ago, through the Explorer Travel Group. We have undertaken extensive research within the last two months, in order to find out, what really irritates holiday makers when booking a holiday, of which baggage fees really stands out.

SunbayHolidays owner Adam Entwistle enthuses "We feel our offer shows that we are willing to give something back to the customer and hope it will appeal to new and existing customers. We feel customers should not be forced into paying baggage fees, something of which, until 2008, (when such fees were introduced) was not an issue. The cost of such fees has also risen staggeringly, in fact rises of upto 80% have been seen"

The offer will be applicable to all flights booked alongside a hotel booking, Entwistle with his passion for 'fairness to travel customers' says "We already, automatically, include baggage fees for all but two lost cost airlines that we use, within the total price display, rather than have hidden add-ons, as we feel customers should receive an immediate, true cost of their quoted holiday."

How will this work people may ask, what's the catch?

Its simple and there isn't one. Customers will initially pay their baggage fees. However 8 weeks prior to departure customers will receive the equivalent of what they have originally paid for their baggage fees, in the currency of their chosen destination. So two adults traveling to Dalaman, Turkey paying £60 total baggage fees, would then receive (using an example rate of 2.9TL to £) 174TL via post (no extra charge). Entwistle says "there is no catch here, customers literally get back all the money that they have paid, within the currency of their chosen destination, in some respect, it's a saving tool, you pay in and then get it all back shortly before you travel"

The offer will take effect from 25/07/2013.
