As a time-honoured tradition since the 1900s, the annual New Year's Eve Gala Ball will be held at the hotel lobby, where guests will enjoy a five-course menu by Executive Chef Pierre Burgade, complemented with the limited edition NV Champagne Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve Raffles Hotel Singapore 125th Anniversary Mareuil-sur-Ay. Popular DJs, Edward and Aaron Lim, will spin energetic tunes throughout the night, until the grand moment when a dramatic balloon drop ushers in the New Year.
