The award winning train will run its first course of the season from Mumbai to Delhi and will depart from Chattrapati Shivaji Terminus in Mumbai. During the course of its journey, Indian Maharaja will pass through an array of cultural cities in Rajasthan, the rock-cut caves of Ajanta & Ellora and World Heritage Sites in Agra and Fatehpur Sikri, before it culminates its 168 hour journey at Safdarjung Railway Station in Delhi.

Through its 2 itineraries- Delhi to Mumbai and Mumbai to Delhi- the Indian Maharaja  takes its guests on a royal journey through the sublime landscapes of Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi.

The Indian Maharaja is the perfect blend of contemporary and traditional, as is evident in its ethnic décor and modern amenities.
