According to General Manager, Scott Butcher, support for worthy causes such as EAF is a key objective for us: “Our business is looking after people, whether they are visiting Dubai for business or leisure, or living in the UAE and using the hotel as a meeting point. It is essential for us to extend our reach to those local groups that carry out humanitarian work by offering a venue and other support as part of our overall corporate social responsibility.”

The tie up will see the Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel Dubai act as a venue for activities related to World Arthritis Day on October 12 and 13, providing snacks for visitors and staff as well as complementary accommodation for visiting dignitaries including martial arts pioneer and international teacher Willie Lim, and Swedish intimacy specialist Anna Age berg, both of whom suffer from arthritis themselves.

In addition, the hotel will be a venue for two education seminars for nurses and physicians to be held in November and early in 2013. It will also host five patient seminars and workshops during the course of the agreement plus four patient morning teas.

A team from the Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel Dubai will also promote the EAF during the annual Walkathon next February.
