(TRAVPR.COM) FRANCE - September 11th, 2012 - The place for discussion, to discover the principal food trends, innovations and future market realities, SIAL will be held from 21 to 25 October 2012 at the Parc des Expositions de Paris Nord Villepinte.  Innovation, SIAL’s DNA With its rich and varied programme of events, SIAL highlights food innovation.

Visitors can discover the most innovative foods and beverages displayed by exhibitors in the SIAL Innovation Observatory. The best innovations in all categories will be rewarded at the SIAL Innovation award-giving ceremony, with a Disney SIAL award for innovative products designed specifically for children. New in 2012! Intermarché, SIAL’s innovation partners, will sell a selection of 12 food products in 1,800 Intermarché stores from 23 to 28 October 2012.

Innovation, the SIAL hallmark, naturally permeates the key exhibition areas and all of its themes. La Cuisine by SIAL will provide demonstrations and tasting sessions, based on innovative products. The Wine Innovation Forum 2012 (http://www.sialparis.com/Events/Wine-Innovation-Forum) theme will spotlight innovative initiatives for the distribution and promotion of wine worldwide.
