The Ministry of Tourism of the Dominican Republic has published eight new brochures in English and Spanish on the principal tourism regions.

New tourism brochures available

The Ministry of Tourism of the Dominican Republic has published eight new brochures in English and Spanish on the principal tourism regions. The brochures highlight the main attractions and activities of each region. They feature new maps created by DR1 Maps for the Ministry of Tourism.

The first brochures in this series now available cover Santo Domingo, Boca Chica and Juan Dolio, Puerto Plata, Punta Cana, Samana, and La Romana and Bayahibe. Another two focus on weddings and golf tourism in the Dominican Republic.

Read about the destinations, their beaches and attractions, main events, golf courses, transport and distance charts and other details.

Evelyn Paiewonsky, director of E-Marketing for the Ministry of Tourism, says that the brochures will soon be available in French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Russian. They have QR codes and are available in PDF format at the Ministry of Tourism website: www.godominicanrepublic.com/en/brochures.

Upon making the announcement, Deputy Minister Magaly Toribio said that the Ministry is also active on Twitter and Facebook.
