DirectRooms.com can reveal that Medical Fair Asia, one of the largest and most comprehensive medical and health events in Asia, will be coming to Singapore.

(TRAVPR.COM) SINGAPORE - August 17th, 2010 - The exhibition will be a showcase of companies that provide the latest products and technology related to hospitals, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, medical and rehabilitation equipment and supplies.

The event will host many of the health care industry’s leading professionals, government bodies, hospital administrators, doctors, nurses and other health care professionals.

Taking place from 15th to 17th September 2010, the three day event will be held at Singapore’s Suntec international convention and exhibition centre. The influx of professionals to the business to business trade event will prompt a higher than usual demand for hotel rooms close to the convention centre.

This is the 8th series of Medical Fair Asia and is being organized by Messe Dusseldorf Pte Limited. Over 400 leading international and regional manufacturers and suppliers are expected to be taking part in the event. Organisers this year are also expecting to see an increase from the 6,000 visitors that attended from 58 different countries in 2008.

Industry figures searching for Singapore hotels in close proximity to the exhibition are likely to find it more difficult than usual.
