This annual series of epicurean events was held earlier this year, showcasing the diversity of regional textures and flavours founded throughout Vietnam. 

We proudly announce the final series to be held on September 22, 2012 at 2:30 PM in the Western and Vietnamese restaurant, Square One, featuring “Hanoi – Flavours of the Rising Dragon”.  Influenced by the many cultures that have occupied this capital city, Hanoi’s cuisine perfectly embraces them all in inimitable fashion.  And recognized as Vietnam’s national dish, ‘Pho’ is an invigorating noodle elixir that owes its popular fascination to the fresh herbs and spiced broth. This master class will teach you how to perfect the textures and distinguish the different sides of Pho.

Cooking class admission is VND 627,000 per person. 

Prices are quoted in Vietnam Dong (VND) and subject to 5% service charge and 10% government tax.
