The 2012 SATA Airlines Azores Pro Men's competition will run from September 4 to 9, and the Women's competition from September 27 to 30, 2012.
SATA, together with the Union of Surfers and Bodyboarders Azores, announced the "SATA Airlines Azores Trials" qualification for two "wildcards" to surfers to participate in the Azores "SATA AIRLINES AZORES PRO 2012," six-star event, on the qualification for the ASP World Tour of the Association of Surfing Professionals.
Scheduled for September 2, this event, which takes place on the sands of Santa Barbara, in Ribeira Grande (S. Miguel) is open to all surfers from the Azores. The winner of these "trials" have direct access to the "Round 96" and the second "Round 144." www.aspeurope.com
