Bhaya Cruises Appoints Rick Lopes Director of Operations

(TRAVPR.COM) VIETNAM - June 28th, 2012 - Ha Long Bay, Vietnam (June 28th, 2012.) Bhaya Cruises, the largest luxury cruise operator in Ha Long Bay, announces the appointment of Mr. Rick Lopes as its new Director of Operations, based on Tuan Chau Island.

Mr. Lopes has over 3 decades in hospitality management and is a true hospitality industry professional. As Director of Operations, Rick’s role will be to improve and maintain quality standards and consistency in all vessels through proactive management and coaching, standard operating procedures for staff and crews, constant learning, assessment and improvement, and implement new ideas to make a Bhaya cruise a privilege.
