Hotel offers group discounts and early bird incentives for functions

(TRAVPR.COM) DUBAI  - ^16th July 2010 - In the countdown to the Holy Month of Ramadan, the Grand Millennium Dubai has created an array of tempting promotions. According to Hermann Feigl, director of food & beverage, on offer will be a range of competitive Ramadan packages located in several venues around the hotel: “We know Ramadan is a time for families, friends and even business colleagues to get together to celebrate the Holy Month, and we have planned to offer every facility to make the Grand Millennium a preferred venue during this time.”

The hotel is encouraging those considering hosting corporate guests or large family groups to book ahead to benefit from early bird discounts.

Hermann said, “Those booking Iftar for five or more in our Atrium will benefit from the group rate, while our banqueting packages for functions, with prices from AED135pp, come with a 20 per cent reduction if booked prior to the start of Ramadan – as well as a half price shisha menu.

The hotel will be offering an Iftar buffet, open from 1800 hours to 21.30 hours, for AED135 per person, plus the Suhoor buffet between 2300 hours and 0400 hours in the lively Atrium restaurant – those booking a table for five only pay for four, while tables for 10 are charged for just eight places.

In addition, Suhoor will be available on room service either from an a la carte selection or a set menu priced at AED95 – the latter is also available in the Crystal Lounge from 2300hours until 0400 hours.

And, a final option is the convivial atmosphere of a Ramadan tent on the pool deck where guests can take advantage of either an a la carte menu inclusive of shisha for AED100 or an Arabic barbecue package with mezzeh, kofta, shishtauk, fish and more, priced at AED90.

Located near the Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, the hub for business and retail opportunities, the Grand Millennium Dubai is equally convenient for beach, golf and city, just 20 minutes’ from the international airport and adjacent to the Dubai Metro.
