The 24-year-old DJ and producer has been booked in for a headline set at the Together night, which is due to take place at the San Rafael club every Tuesday this summer.
On Tuesday July 3rd, he will be joined by Pendulum, Feed Me and Zombie Kids in the main room.
Meanwhile, the terrace will be hosted by BBC Radio One's Annie Mac and is set to feature Crookers, Jack Beats and Redlight.
Entry to the night can be booked online through the Amnesia website, priced at €45 (£35.90). Tickets providing VIP balcony access are also available for €65.
Skrillex - real name Sonny Moore - has become one of dance music's biggest new stars after releasing a string of EPs in 2010 and 2011.
He has been credited with bringing dubstep to a wider audience and was named MTV's electronic dance music artist of the year in 2011, while also securing five Grammy nominations.
Other artists heading to Amnesia to play at Together this summer include Nero, Eric Prydz, Sub Focus, Breakage and Ms Dynamite.
