London Hotels Insight announces its findings after inspecting the meeting facilities at the 5 star May Fair Hotel.

- All meeting facilities feature state-of-the-art technology and fully integrated AV systems. A hotel business centre is also available with access to laptops and printers and of course free WiFi. The visiting bloggers observed executives checking their email even in the hotel's meeting breakout areas during short coffee breaks.

- A value-added service within the May Fair's corporate offering is the fact that there is an AV technician on site, with a direct phone line provided for contact between the event organiser and conference manager to make sure that important meeting events are flawlessly executed.

- As the London Hotels Insight's venue finding team walked around the London meeting rooms at The May Fair, it was evident that many companies had their logos displayed on a small digital screen at the entrance to each meeting room, which felt like a unique personal touch. 

- Several meeting rooms have natural daylight and even the ones that don't are thoughtfully decorated in a vibrant colour scheme. Each room has its own individual feel and identity, while the fresh and funky breakout areas allow conversations to spill over naturally into a more relaxed setting.

- The breathtaking Crystal Room deserves a special mention. It houses Europe's 2nd largest chandelier made out of gorgeous Baccarat crystal and has a simple yet elegant beauty while also being an extremely adaptable space that can be used for both business conferences and wedding parties. It has a licence to perform ceremonies as well as its own independent entrance.

- Finally, the quality and the choice of seasonal foods available at The May Fair and particularly the flagship Quince Restaurant and Bar reflect the best of fresh British produce, making The May Fair an ideal venue for private dining.
