Food Pyrenees takes guests on a once-in-a-lifetime journey to gain new skills and confidence in the kitchen.

Food Pyrenees has partnered with master French chef Jean-François Martin to organize small-group culinary journeys in the rich, yet unspoiled southwestern region of France.

The fully escorted 8-day tour starts in Toulouse, France, and includes a countryside getaway in a 13th-century fortified stone house. Participants are actively involved in cooking classes: with guidance from Chef Jean-François, they will learn how to shop, manage a pantry, and adapt healthy cooking techniques to a variety of seasonal ingredients. They will also meet local artisans, visit markets and castles, and experience the beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the "Sud-Ouest" area of France.
